Terms of Service

Version prepared for GymBro 1.0 · Last updated October 10, 2026

These terms govern GymBro’s iOS app and website, provided by Vedant Ajwani, operating as GymBro. By using GymBro, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Your account and records

Keep your login credentials secure and provide an email address you control. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your training entries. Do not access another person’s account, attempt to bypass security, or misuse the service. You retain your rights to the records you provide and permit us to process them to operate GymBro.

Fitness information

GymBro provides logging, planning, progression, and estimated muscle recovery for general fitness. Estimates depend on your entries and a simplified training model; they do not directly measure tissue recovery and may omit factors such as sleep, nutrition, technique, or injury. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use your judgment, stop exercise if it causes concerning symptoms, and consult a qualified professional before making medical decisions.

Availability and changes

GymBro 1.0 is free and does not offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. Cloud synchronization requires a network connection. Save failures and service interruptions can occur; follow any error or retry messages before relying on a record being saved. Features may change, and new services may have additional terms.

Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Policy describes data handling. You can permanently delete your account from Profile. Deletion is irreversible; uninstalling the app alone does not delete your cloud account.

Intellectual property and lawful use

GymBro’s software, branding, and licensed artwork remain the property of their respective owners. Do not redistribute them or use the service unlawfully. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
